Fletcherfoto Studio
Fletcherfoto Gallery easily converts to a compact photography studio where Paul shoots small group and individual portraiture, much like in the good old days when he was the pre-eminent portrait photographer in the Cowichan Valley. Paul, like most other pros, now shoots digital, but still continues to produce, and honour, the tradition of fine B&W portraiture that was so popular in his earlier years. Paul still holds a passion for other types of photography assignments and will happily provide quotes for colour portraiture, in-studio small product photography as well as any interesting and challenging location photography assignments. To schedule a sitting or discuss your photo needs please contact Paul.

Fletcherfoto Studio is also available for rent to other photographers needing studio space to practice their craft. The studio is equipped with different backdrops and basic props. Photographers will need to supply their own lighting and photographic equipment. To learn more about rentals, please contact Paul.
Fletcherfoto Gallery
Fletcherfoto Gallery is Paul’s latest art gallery incarnation in the city of Duncan. Building on his long-term dream of making the Cowichan Valley a centre for photographic arts and education, Fletcherfoto Gallery caters to both Paul’s own photo artistic explorations as well as hosting group or solo exhibitions by other photographic artists.

Photographic artists, interested in having an exhibition, or exhibiting in group shows at Fletcherfoto Gallery are asked to contact Paul directly for schedules and submission guidelines. Please check out the Blog for information on upcoming exhibitions and events, or to read the stories about past showings.
Paul’s passion for making photographic art was born when
he was first introduced to black & white photography and
print making by his mentor, J Neil Newton. In the
following years, as his skills developed, Paul’s hosted
annual showings of his art at in his own studio as well
as at Just Jakes in downtown Duncan. Every show was
an evolution in styles and themes from landscapes to
figure studies to his most recent efforts, large colourful
abstracts on canvas.
Paul’s art hangs in many home and office collections as
well as gracing the walls and cabins of both BC Ferries
northern passage ships, the MV Northern Expedition,
and the MV Northern Explorer. His ‘Pablo’ artwork is
represented by Vancouver based Casa Collection.

Paul has self-published one book of his nature artwork entitled: "Somenos…the grandfathers spoke to me".
